My car was damaged in your car park. Can I access the CCTV?

I am sorry to hear your car was damaged when left in one of our car parks. 

All vehicles are left at the owners risk and Chiltern Railways do not accept liability for damage or theft when parked at any Chiltern managed car park. We do however ask that you report any incident to us as soon as you are aware. 

In order for CCTV to be released (if available), you will need to report any theft or damage via your insurance company and they will then need to make contact with us directly, providing specific dates and times. We may not be able to look through large volumes of footage and footage is usually deleted after 28 days.
