Bicycles left at stations

We encourage customers to cycle to and from our stations and have bicycle racks at some stations to allow customers to leave bicycles whilst they make their journey. You can find out which stations have such facilities by visiting station information section or NRE .

Please note however, we will occasionally carry out checks for abandoned bicycles. If we find that bicycles or locks have been abandoned, we will remove these. 

If you find a notice in place and your bicycle has not been abandoned, please make any station staff aware so we do not remove them. 

Please do not leave any bicycle lock attached to the racks during times your bicycle is not present. Any locks found to be left without a bicycle will be deemed as abandoned and therefore removed.
