Are the buses or coaches accessible to disabled or elderly customers?

Almost all rail replacement services are operated by full size coaches which on rare occasions, may not offer step free access. If this is the case, an alternative is offered on the day to any passengers who for any reason are physically unable to travel on a coach due to a disability. The alternative will be sourced based on the customer needs. Customers who pre-book may be contacted in advance to discuss their options.
