All Chiltern Railways trains can be used by people with disabilities. We offer an assisted travel service if you need help at our stations to get on or off the train - for example, a boarding ramp or guidance to navigate the station. At stations that are unstaffed or not accessible, please use the Help points on the station to arrange any assistance or contact our Customer Relations Team on any of the following. They will assist in arranging alternative transport for disabled customers if the station is unstaffed or not accessible.
